Located in the heart of the oldest vineyard in France, in Capestang in the Hérault, the wine estate La Provenquière invites you to a wine tourism stay on its land, to discover its incredible range of Languedoc wines.

The Robert Boularand family, independent winegrowers since 1954, welcomes you individually or in groups for an authentic wine experience in the heart of their family vineyard.

 

VISIT TO THE CELLAR & WINE TASTING AT THE ESTATE

 

Would you like to discover the richness of the Languedoc-Roussillon vineyards? The estate’s team welcomes you all year round to share its passion for wine and vines during a visit to the cellar or for a tasting session, by reservation. The cellar also offers you the opportunity to discover the other local products of La Provenquière: olive oil and honey from the estate.

Cycling or walking along the Canal du Midi between Toulouse and Sète? Guided from the canal by a signposted path through the vineyards, stop off at Domaine La Provenquière, located just 4 km from the port of Capestang and 12 km from the 9 locks of Fonseranes in Béziers. Take a break to discover the Languedoc's winegrowing heritage, savour the calm of the vineyard and taste the best vintages and local products made at the estate.

While cruising on the Canal du Midi, stop off at the port of Capestang for a wine tasting organised by the Domaine La Provenquière team on your boat or barge. No time for a tasting on board? Our team delivers its IGP Pays d'Oc wines directly to the ports of Capestang, Colombiers or Poilhes before your departure.

Back at the cellar, the stroll continues with the discovery of the winegrower's know-how and the Robert-Boularand family's passion for their wines, with a tasting of the best cuvées signed La Provenquière.

Discover beekeeping and the life of the Provenquière bees in our apiaries. And during the harvest period, it's also the long-awaited moment of the harvest of the honey of Provenquière! Thank you to our beekeeper Adrien Soutadé for accompanying us in this beautiful adventure. Produced by the bees of @la_provenquiere, a delicately flavoured gourmet honey. Discover it in our shop!

On a summer evening, why not take part in a convivial wine tasting during a music concert or in front of a play in the heart of the Domaine La Provenquière park? A unique moment of sharing and celebration between art lovers and winelovers. Theatre groups or groups of artists (painters, musicians, photographers, authors...), from 2022 onwards, Domaine La Provenquière will be listening to you to propose and develop a tailor-made wine tourism experience in the château's park.
