SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

For four generations, the Robert-Boularand family has cultivated the richness of its know-how of the profession of independent winegrowerat Domaine la Provenquière, in particular through a strong environmental commitment. The family practices a reasoned viticulture there, labelled HVE 3 and respectful of the emblematic wine heritage of Languedoc.

At La Provenquière, respect for the soil requires the implementation of sustainable practices, aimed at limiting phytosanitary inputs and fertilizers.

THE VINEYARD WITH 20 GRAPE VARIETIES

The diversity of grape varieties is an important asset for the development of the estate’s ranges. These are available in Vins de Pays d’Oc in the 4 colours: white, rosé, red and orange. The cellar of large dimensions and equipped with modern equipment allows all types of vinification, from the most traditional to the most technological. The aging of the wines is carried out in oak barrels, demi-muids, stainless steel vats, concrete vats or even jars depending on the cuvées and their specificities.
