The family practices a reasoned viticulture there, labelled HVE 3 and respectful of the emblematic wine heritage of Languedoc.
At La Provenquière, respect for the soil requires the implementation of sustainable practices, aimed at limiting phytosanitary inputs and fertilizers.
THE VINEYARD WITH 20 GRAPE VARIETIES
The diversity of grape varieties is an important asset for the development of the estate’s ranges. These are available in Vins de Pays d’Oc in the 4 colours: white, rosé, red and orange. The cellar of large dimensions and equipped with modern equipment allows all types of vinification, from the most traditional to the most technological.
