Our Signature Rosé, starred in the 2026 Hachette Wine Guide
We are delighted to announce that our Signature Rosé has received a star in the 2026 edition of the Hachette Wine Guide.
This distinction highlights the work of our team and the unique expression of this cuvée. The Signature Rosé – IGP Pays d’OC is born from a Mediterranean limestone terroir in the heart of Languedoc, near Béziers.
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve their full freshness. A direct pressing is carried out for the three grape varieties — Syrah, Grenache, and Sémillon — before co-fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. This process enhances the wine’s texture and refines the precision of its aromas.
Signature Rosé charms with its pale, luminous hue and delicate floral nose. On the palate, it reveals a generous, gourmet texture, supported by a lovely freshness on the finish.
Versatile at the table, this rosé pairs beautifully with paella, tuna tartare, roasted chicken with Provençal herbs, or a vegetable couscous. It also goes wonderfully with cheeses such as Ossau-Iraty or a strawberry tart. Served between 10 and 12°C, it offers perfect balance and can be enjoyed for up to four years.
The Hachette Wine Guide recognizes this cuvée for its finesse and harmony. This acknowledgment underscores our commitment to producing precise and authentic wines.
You can discover our Signature Rosé at the Domaine La Provenquière cellar in Capestang, near Béziers, or through our online shop.
Thank you for your loyalty and for helping make this wine a true success!
