A rosé vinified and matured like a great white wine in a demi-muid barrel.
A creamy bite, notes of vanilla, peach, pear and pineapple, long, with a fresh finish, a touch of apple and grapefruit, but ripe style, not jammy, nice marriage of toast and delicate red berries, peach fruits. Good for youth. Interesting.
Fresh citrus finish after a creamy note. A fine and refreshing drink.
